room decor spacious room broken drain stained bedding
The room decor was beautiful. The staff showed great friendliness, and the place was clean. I was upgraded to a room that felt very comfortable and spacious.
I received a promise it would be fixed the next day , but it wasn't. The bedding also had stains on the day of my arrival.

Excellent Stay NEAR Barbican

spacious room convenient location helpful staff
I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was spacious and clean with many useful amenities. The location was very convenient, near multiple underground stations like Liverpool Street. Staff members, Alex and Alexandra, were particularly helpful and kind .
The air conditioning did not work as expected, i found that disappointing. This made the room less comfortable during a warmer period.

The room had underfloor heating in the bathroom, a VERY nice touch. The location was great for accessing the Barbican. I also got a complimentary continental breakfast.

The location was superb, very close to the Barbican Centre. Staff were helpful and cute. The room had great facilities and thoughtful, complimentary treats. I will definitely return.
everything was fine! though i noticed some minor wear on the hallway carpets.
